SAD they replaced this disco version for new releases of blu=ray. I hate the music they replaced it with. Still looking for "Love at Second Bite" dvd. George Hamilton bought the copyrights to make a sequel. Funny though the dvd I have does not have the disco version and I don't remember the song that they played on this dvd at all. I do remember the disco version and it is hard to fine.

What's sad is Marty Robbins did quite a few appearances on the jc show and apparently Johnny really liked him but they did very few songs together :( Marty Robbins is probably my favorite of all time right up there with Johnny Cash it's a shame they didn't put their heads together.

I have looked (and waited to be released) for this movie for the last decade and it seems You Tube is the only place to view it. Kinda disappointed in that. Its a fantastic flick from my child hood. My mom took me to see this one afternoon. It was playing as a double feature. The other movie was My Bodyguard with Matt Dillion. Such a great afternoon with mom. I love you mom. Miss you every day.

What is truly amazing is that the studio expected this trailer to sell the film. I saw all these movies when I was a kid and Dino had to be the lamest secret agent of all. I know these movies were spoofing the 007 films but,between the ridiculous gadgets and Dean lacking any credibility as an action hero and being twice Ann-Margret’s age they were not that great. Still, As a 9 or 10 year old at that time we dug those movies and they are a time capsule of a great time to grow up in.

What I respect about Audie Murphy the most is not his battlefield heroics. He had that in spades. Murphy spoke about the psychiatric and neurology problems veterans were experiencing from high density combat...trauma...during WW2. Things like PTSD, severe depression, alcoholism, psychosis...and brain injuries from experiencing artillery shells and bombs blowing up nearby, creating rapid changes in barometric pressure. The human brain was not designed to tolerate explosions going off nearby...creates what is now called TBI or Traumatic Brain Injury. In Murphy's era, talking publicly about such subjects was taboo, shoved under the rug, the Army considered psych and TBI problems "cowardice." To me, Murphy talking publicly about such subjects took more bravery than being a hero on the battlefield.
